1. Who is responsible for your inquiry
The controller is Mannon Barre, practising as Luna Recovery Experts, Rue de la Prefecture 7, 2800 Delemont, Switzerland. You can reach the practice about any privacy question at info@lunarecoveryexperts.ch.
2. What the form is
The form on this site is a request for a free assessment. It is not a mandate. Sending it does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not create professional secrecy. Those begin only when a written engagement is accepted.
3. What the form asks for
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, country of domicile, the amount lost, the type of scam, a description of what happened, and the address of the page you came from. The description may include a transaction hash. Do not send a seed phrase, a private key, identity documents, medical detail or intimate detail in the first message. The practice will never ask for those through the form.
4. Why the information is used
The information is used for three purposes: to check that your domicile is eligible, to reply to your request, and to decide whether a written engagement can be offered. It is not used for anything else.
5. Sensitive situations
Romance scam and pig butchering descriptions can include sensitive detail. Keep the first message limited to dates, assets, platforms and transaction hashes. That is enough for the assessment, and it keeps your private life out of a web form.
6. Who receives the information
Your inquiry goes to this practice. A named partner firm receives case information only after you are told who will do the work. The website host and the email provider process the message as service providers; their product names are not listed here. Pages on this site load fonts from Google, and that request can include your IP address.
7. How long it is kept
If no written engagement is signed, your inquiry is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If a matter is opened, the file is kept for the engagement and for the period Swiss lawyers must keep records.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to the information held about you, for a correction, for deletion, or you can object to its use. Write to info@lunarecoveryexperts.ch.
9. No sale of personal information
The practice does not sell personal information.
10. Complaints
You can write to the practice first at info@lunarecoveryexperts.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. If you are in the United Kingdom, Australia or Canada, you may also contact your local privacy regulator.
11. Excluded domiciles
Repeated for clarity: The practice does not accept persons or entities domiciled in the United States, Germany, France, or Italy. Please do not submit the form if that applies to you.
Ask for a free assessment
The form does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Nothing is payable upfront, and nothing is payable unless compensation reaches the client's bank account. The percentage is agreed in writing before chargeable work. Recovery is the aim of the work, not a promise.
