Client Policy

1. Who you contract with

The client contracts with Mannon Barre, practising as Luna Recovery Experts, unless a later written engagement names another lawyer. The client relationship stays with this practice.

2. When a mandate starts

Reading this site or sending the form does not create a lawyer-client relationship or professional secrecy. A lawyer-client relationship and professional secrecy begin only when a written engagement is accepted.

3. The consultation

The consultation is free and creates no obligation.

4. Fees

Nothing is payable upfront, and nothing is payable unless compensation reaches the client's bank account. The percentage is agreed in writing before chargeable work.

5. Age

The person sending the form must be 18 or older.

6. Domicile

The practice does not accept persons or entities domiciled in the United States, Germany, France, or Italy.

7. What this practice will never ask for

The practice will not ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a gift card, or a cryptocurrency deposit.

8. Separate firms

Sarah Legal, AI Data Intelligence, and the other firms named on this site are separate. They receive case information only after the client is told who will do the work.

9. UK solicitor work

If a UK solicitor is needed later, that is a separate written instruction with RVK Recovery. This site does not publish that firm's fee. The form on this site does not instruct RVK Recovery.

10. No guarantee

Recovery is not guaranteed. Recovery is the aim of this work, not a promise.

11. Complaints

Complaints about this practice go to the supervisory authority for lawyers in the Canton of Jura.
